Buffalo awarded Three Star Medal Excellence Management Quality Award

Buffalo Machinery has awarded the top prize, Three Star Medal Excellence Management Quality Award from Chinese Society for Quality in November 2017. The award of affirmation is given to the enterprise which well practices TQM strategy and turn the company to productive and profitable. For this honor, Dr. Paul Chang, the General Manager of Buffalo Machinery, indicated that this honor belongs to all employees in Buffalo Machinery because the persistence and belief led all to the right path in the award-winning ceremony. On the other hand, it’s a great opportunity for employees to have a self-evaluation on basic theoretical knowledge, and standard procedure.

 

 

Buffalo Machinery was also invited to share the journey of practicing TQM with the audience in the seminar. We take the conduction of PDCA as the central goal of TQM practice, moreover, it’s used in the cycle of “marketing investigation and analysis→marketing strategy→commercial production→evaluation and improvement of future marketing investigation and analysis”. Except the reinforcement of PDCA, Buffalo Machinery also has founded the marketing office and warehouse in northern and central Europe to strengthen the influence in the global market. The intense communication and partnership with local distributors make Buffalo Machinery be aware of the marketing position in local market. At the very moment when Germany brought out the idea of “Industrie 4.0”, Buffalo Machinery started to develop the connection between Total Quality Management and Industrie 4.0 to implement this useful system in it.

Talent Quality-management System in Buffalo Machinery

 

To improve the strength of enterprise in the competitive and fast-changing environment, Buffalo Machinery decides to implement TTQS (Talent Quality-management System) to improve the quality of talent-management. The purpose is to convert the traditional concept of considering talent-training as “expense” to “elite investment” so that the “elite” will be the most important value to enterprise. The benefit is to increase the elite asset and improve the human resource system for achieving the business prospect in the meantime.     

 

Buffalo Machinery started to apply TTQS with the help of Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor since March 2017. TTQS system  adopts the cycle of Plan, Design, Do, Review and Outcome, and these five major management processes are able to improve the human resource development.

 

  

 

The efficiency of talent-training could be really sensed in the work after installing the Talent Quality-management System. Buffalo Machinery is honored to receive the TTQS Certificate from the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor in October 2017. The TTQS not only to ensure the better HR performance but also enhance the talent-training system in Buffalo Machinery. Buffalo follows the instruction of the jurors and believes “the talent-training is expensive, but it’s way more expensive without it”. The current goal of Buffalo Machinery is to fully activate L1-L4 Case presentation and effectiveness for employees can upgrade their working capability after talent-training to increase the production and competitiveness in the global market.
