AXILE MACHINE will be participating in EMO Hannover 2023 from September 18th to 23rd in Germany. You can find us in Hall 16 at Stand E21.

Introducing the DC4, AXILE's latest 5-axis masterpiece featuring a 400 mm table size and a machine structure that seamlessly blends speed, rigidity, and precision. Its innovative double column design, comparable to a bridge-type construction, allows the table assembly to smoothly traverse along the X-axis.

To meet the global Net-Zero emissions target by 2050, AXILE machinery designs committed to the ISO 14955 standard, providing energy-efficient that meet customer demands for environmental protection and sustainable development.

AXILE provides solutions for smart manufacturing - automated pallet changer system. This allows users to choose suitable pallets according to their specific processing needs, and two automatic exchange pallets can be configured at the rear of the machine.

Through this automation solution, the machine can achieve continuous processing around the clock, in 24/7. Even while the machine is in operation, the operator can still carry out loading and unloading as well as inspect workpieces.
