TIMTOS 2019 is going to be held from March 4th to 9th at the Taipei World Trade Center and Taipei Nangang Exhibition. Buffalo Machinery will present AXILE and MICROCUT at this occasion, welcome to visit Buffalo Machinery at J0608, Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall 1.

The focus of TIMTOS 2019 is to highlight “Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing” and “AI Technology”. By showcasing machine tools with digitalized solutions in order to assist manufactures to achieve “human-machine collaboration” and increase efficiency during production. Thus, new devices and technology can provide manufactures with flexibility and efficiency when facing a dynamic market.

• G8 MT (with HEIDENHAIN controller) - Milling and Turning in one compact machine with 5-axis simultaneous machining. Maximum integration of metal-cutting processes in a single step, reducing complexity of the process and chance of error in the clamping.
• G6 Compact - The machine offers high-speed 5-axis simultaneous machining but with more compact small footprint design.

Highlights of MICROCUT at TIMTOS 2019

• M1050- A compact vertical machining center with highly efficient, high accuracy machining performance. The M1050 brings high efficiency performance in terms of rigidity and versatility in its class and is ideal to apply to high speed die & mold machining, green energy industry, automobile industry and high grade training institutions.

• BNC-2660 - The double box way flat-bed lathe provides advanced features such as high spindle speed, fast rapid feed assures short processing time.
• LD-65 - A high-performance slant-bed CNC Lathe for multi-axis turning and milling, equipped with twin-spindle, single turret, power turret, C-axis and Y-axis to produce high-precision parts.
