AXILE Show Smart Manufacturing at EMO 2019

EMO Hannover 2019 was successfully rounded off on September 21st at Deutsche Messe. From 16 to 21 September, approximately 117,000 production specialists from 150 countries were attracted by this comprehensive metalworking exhibition.

 

Under the motto "Smart technologies driving tomorrow's production", EMO organized several events and Industry 4.0 area to help visitors embrace new technologies. The topics included AI, additive manufacturing, the industrial internet of things (IIoT), 5G and OPC UA or umati, the new standard interface for machine tools. According to official information, there were 110 machines from 70 international firms participated umati to showcase the universal interface between machines and IT systems.

During six-day run, many of Buffalo’s global distributors visited Buffalo’s booth for the business meeting. Additionally, there were many visitors were interested in ARTTM system and came to the booth to ask for more information about this great digital solution. This year, AXILE is honorable to join the umati project, the universal machine tool interface. This emerging interface attracted many people came to visit AXILE. As a member of umati project, AXILE is equipped with I4.0 capability and ready to fit users’ facility without difficulties.

Buffalo Machinery exhibited its premium 5-axis vertical machining centers from AXILE. G6 Robot presented an innovative automatic solution, which is able to increase autonomy and flexibility for end-users. The new ATC design of G6 can offer more agile machining ability. Double column type 5-axis machining center, DC12 impressed many visitors with its high-speed machining ability for heavy-duty cutting. G8 MT for mill-turn function and integrate with ART system, the best choice for the aerospace industry. Many visitors were highly interested in AXILE G6, G6 Robot and DC12 and G8 MT and gave positive feedbacks on all exhibited machines.

 

With continuous development, AXILE successfully showcased its premium 5-axis vertical machining centers at EMO Hannover 2019. And AXILE will keep making progress to help manufacturers boost productivity and reach to smart manufacturing.
