In May, Buffalo was honored once again to be invited by the Chinese Society for Quality, to share the experience of quality operation in a forum with mainly the enterprise owners.

The participants consisted of enterprise owners came from industries of machinery, manufacturing, and medical, also the professors from National Changhua University of Education, as well as members of the Chinese Society for Quality.

Mr. Andy Lin, Vice President of Production Department of Buffalo, as the keynote speaker for this event, he first mentioned the successful experience of Buffalo to open the speech, that the emphasis on TQM allows Buffalo to have an opportunity  turning an Industry 4.0 ready enterprise which combines technology, service and quality. Mr. Lin explained how companies apply for awards, and why and how the importance that companies conduct self-assessment on the internal quality operation before the award application. In addition to the introduction of the stage process toward TQM and the implementation of various quality activities and techniques, he further elaborated the practical experience and details regarding to internal communication and operation policy that go beyond the management theory.  Buffalo hopes to take this opportunity to contribute its own experience and perspectives, so that to help more SMEs attach importance to quality operation and attain overall competitiveness.
