Continuing with Buffalo's official launch of AXILE in China high-end machine markets in Yangzhou this January, Buffalo’s distributors all over the country again gathered together at CIMES 2018 in Beijing to create new business opportunities. 

For the exhibition theme of this year, Buffalo highlighted the innovative AXILE I4.0 solution with high-speed and high-precision production capability, and presented the high-speed machining centers 3-axis and 5-axis. The i4.0-ready intelligent 5-axis simultaneous machining center are equipped with high-speed 15000 and 20000rpm built-in spindles, rotary table 600mm (G6) And 800mm (G8) two models, which enables to process all five sides of a prismatic workpiece of various sizes under one setup.

Buffalo booth attracted attention at CIMES 2018. Hundreds of visitors converged on Buffalo’s booth seeking firsthand information on what intelligent machine has to offer them. Visitors focused on the uniqueness and diversity of the AXILE smart technology, inquired how AXILE complies with the I4.0 requirements, and appreciated the impressive shape design. Through the introduction of AXILE's Industry 4.0 solution - ART and SMT, visitors learned how AXILE series can help users improve the efficiency and flexibility on smart manufacturing. During the exhibition, an expert group consisting of experts from China mechanical academic and industrial fields visited Buffalo’s booth and gave a very high appraisal of innovation.

At the same time, Microcut HM-RT was showcased specially for China’s vast heavy industry and Die and Mold industry. This High-speed universal horizontal mill provides high-speed high-precision and high-rigidity characteristics, which makes its horizontal machining range more flexible and extensive.

Buffalo has been deeply cultivated in China machine tool market for many years and owns considerable local market experience. Through the showcases in CIMES 2018, Buffalo has successfully reached many potential industry users, and made profitable communication with distributors on market issues.
